Returns and complaints

Every online shop shall indicate the mode of conduct in case of returns and complaints, so that the client making the purchase could have it clear what to do in case of recession or complaint with respect to the purchased product.

Complaint
In order to make a complaint, follow these steps:

1. Return/complaint form
Fill in the rerutn/complaint form and attach it to the delivery. The document shall contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or ordinary mail address, telephone number, product ID and reason for complaint, date of purchase and detection of a defect.

2. Returning the product
While making a complaint, please return the product together with all accessories.

3. Shipping
The returned product shall be sent at:

Return:
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days for return. In order to cancel the contract and return the purchased product, fill in the necessary statement and send it at our address together with the returned product/products.

Please attach the statement and any accessories received together with the returned product, as well as the bill or invoice.
